Mehar Chand College of Education, Bhanopli, Tehsil-Nangal, District-Ropar (Punjab) is established, run and governed by Ganga Ram Memorial Education & Charitable Trust, Bhanopli, Tehsil-Nangal, District-Ropar (Punjab) which was constituted on 22nd of February, 2002 in the Chairmanship of Mr. Kushal Kumar.
The Trust is registered under Societies Registration Act 1860 and u/s 12AA of Income Tax Act 1961.
